    Could be but looks like double topped some time back and may retrace to $1. Dividens out of the picture now for a while, can see though it is trying to bounce but not for me a this point.

    Weekly chart over 2yrs shows the last major peak was weak in both OBV & RSI and a double top.

    Certainly could be a try with a tight stop loss and taking early profit.
