yeah tlx instalment warrants have existed on the market which is largely the same thing. TLXKOA from memory is the stock code. For anyone thinking of a gearing strategy please seek the advice of a licenced financial adviser as gearing while maximising gains can also lead to destroying capital if the headline stock heads south.
for example. The instalment warrant above last traded at $10 with a strike price or call option of $7 at the end of calendar year 2029. So if Telix the head stock goes to $28 those that own the head stock go up around 50% from todays price where as the instalment warrant should trade up $10 being $20 so the gain is 100%. Sounds good but the same magnitude can happen in reverse. $18 goes to $8 I still have some capital left but my warrant goes from $10 to nothing.
I did look at this call option but as aggressive as I am with tlx I saw there was next to no liquidity. My number one condition in investing is liquidity.
