I think it is important to state that at clinical 2 means the drug is 10 years to approval. The only way that it can be used for the current outbreak is if WHO says it is ok. They have yet to even classify this outbreak as a health emergency. Therefore I think BIT will not move unless WHO at least state that this is an emergency. They will reconvene on 3rd feb I believe and the death rate needs to reach around 10%.
