Reminds of the gloriously bogan side of growing up in the east coast hinterland. We had the best of both worlds though, long stretches of open beachbreaks, points to surf then water holes, cane bridges, gumtrees, State forest and gravel roads to run amok. It’s changed a lot but still an absolutely epic place to live.
