    The one that I think is a shocker is AZZ. I didn't hold them as I thought the offer for their key asset was too good to be true so that did ring warning bells. However, holders had confidence in their management and that their management wouldn't lie to them and that management would be able to judge whether the offer was genuine or not, even though they refused to reveal the identity of the other party. Then the stock was halted and suspended and they were trapped. (I see that now, more than 2 years later, it's going to be re-listed again). Sure there were warning bells but my goodness, to lose 100% of an investment because they believed their management is a really tough and heart breaking lesson. I think there are some caught in that who will never recover. I also think it's a shocker that the ASX let them trade for so long before suspending them. Or at least it seemed a long time back then. Sometimes the asx rules, and application of them, just don't make sense.
