Being left behind by IIF and more recently VPG, IOF is a goer IMO.

After record date for dividend IOF has retraced and started to form a nice pennant (Drawn on closing price). This may add upward pressure on the SP since XD today.

Regina Meani mentioned this stock and VPG on 'Switzer' sky business yesterday afternoon. She is a well respected chartist and has predicted this (most recent) rally and expects an explosive move in this stock.

Needs to break 53.5 on good volume.
