Not sure who it was that mentioned TIE, I think Swecare maybe. Anyway I have been following this one a bit and on the daily chart it has started to push out of its sideways pattern. Above the 50 and 100 day moving averages. Higher than average volume yesterday. Will be watching for further price action to the upside. Disclosure, I do not hold.
