Short Term Trading Week Starting: 02 May, page-14

MLS - my reasons for buying:

- low market cap (~50m) and good cash position (~10 mil)

- two projects related to key battery mineral lithium and graphite (they also got other projects but i am interested in the following lithium and graphite projects)

- Lithium - Manindi Lithium project in WA. 3,500 m RC drilling almost completed with outstanding initial results. Expecting assay results soon.

- Lac Rainy Graphite project in Quebec Canada: high purity flake graphite which i understand is one of highest grade global deposit with JORC 2012 indicated and inferred resources of 13.3mT.

- projects in Tier one mining jurisdictions

- this stock was a sleeper for a very long time, which often seems to flush weaker holders and hence potential for big rise (I could be wrong but thats my take)

- I thought the recent pullback as an opportunity to buy.
