What a shocker of a raise.!!!
Combined with that sneaky rule change from 15% to 25 % institutional.
If i was a retail holder i would seriously be pissed at management.
opportunity for some .... and a kick in the teeth for others.
Unfortunately this is not the first. ..and won't be the last ASX company to do sort of raise.
