Everything is great about this company when you forensically investigate it like I have done over 4+ years. The assets are amazing and this could be a $1bn + company imo.

The fact that the current directors are plodding along (for whatever reason ? ? ?) doesn't change the fact. I invest based on assets/metrics and directors/human capital can change.

Every 3,687,000 shares anyone owns is 1% of the company.

5% a notice of change in directors can be served.

There are plenty that are open to change already.

Anyone with 1,843,500 shares has 1/2%

Clearly to nominate new directors and win requires 50%+
