Gold Portfolio Exploration Update
KEY POINTS:
Auger geochemical assays received from Circle Valley Gold Project in WA – confirming
previous results and extension of Anomaly A Prospect to ~1.2km strike
High‐resolution airborne magnetics at Circle valley completed over Anomaly A target to
refine geological interpretation
Latitude considers that two bedrock gold occurrences within Circle Valley ‐ in otherwise
unexplored terrain ‐ is an excellent indicator of potential for new gold discovery
Reconnaissance Aircore drilling to commence at Gecko North Gold Project in WA this
week testing targets under transported cover
Auger and RAB drilling planned for Skye Gold Project in SA to define new and existing
bedrock mineralisation following receipt of land access approvals
Skye Gold Project offers excellent exploration potential with multiple greenfield targets
along strike from large‐scale gold systems in million‐ounce gold terrain, and near
Marmota Limited’s (ASX: MEU) Aurora Tank ‘Goshawk Zone’ discovery
Latitude Consolidated Limited (ASX: LCD) (“Latitude “or “the Company”) is pleased to provide
the following update on recent exploration activities completed across the Company’s gold
project portfolio.
Latitude’s Chairman, Timothy Moore, commented, “Exploration work is underway across our
WA gold projects, we are continuing to build our geological database at both Circle Valley and
Gecko North, which allows us to follow‐up on several prospective targets over the coming
months.”
“We are also working at securing access permits for our recently acquired Skye Gold Project in
South Australia and we are looking forward to commencing drilling at this project later in the
year. The Board has noted the high level of corporate activity in the Gawler Craton region over
recent months and we are pleased to have secured our footprint in what is becoming a highly
sought‐after exploration address.”
“I look forward to providing shareholders with further updates from across our portfolio as
work progresses this quarter.”
Circle Valley Gold Project, Western Australia
Latitude is pleased to report that exploration activities at the Circle Valley Gold Project have
continued to advance steadily over recent weeks. Recent work has been focused on generating
a clearer understanding of the geological controls within the soil‐covered project area, with a
view to defining priority drill targets for follow‐up testing.
Results from recently completed trial auger geochemical sampling (Figure 1) have extended the
Anomaly A Prospect to ~1.2km strike, well beyond the pattern of wide‐spaced previous drill holes
and associated >0.10g/t Au bedrock anomalism. Areas of interest were also identified in the NE
area of the auger grid, with local anomalism aligning with underlying magnetic trends. Aircore
drilling will be required to test for potential bedrock gold mineralisation in these regions.
