Tech shell being setup for new business/project.
MC: $4.75m @ 0.4c
Cash: $0.95m @ 31/12/2020, and approx. $1.3m if the sale of the previous business is completed.
Starting to get a bit of attention. Recent board restructure with Phillip Coulson added and Zane Lewis already on there. Follows plans to dispose of the previous tech business and name change. They are the same team behind VML's rare earths vend and #2 and #3 substantial holders. Top 3 holders are directors and together hold ~30%. Just announced a small shareholding sale facility to clean up the register (2/3 of holders have unmarketable parcels < $500).
A new business/project is due to be announced soon to comply with ASX rules to remain listed. Directors have been 'actively seeking' a new project since last year.
