in addition to what ozzie said, RLT is dual listed on ASX and JSE. Its verry illiquid on the ASX and as such gets manipulated a fair bit. Lots of small sell orders can take it down quite alot.
The main helium news isnt expected for a month so chances are it goes lower from here. Id wait for $1.20ish price - alot of historical trading around this level. and keep buying if it goes below. Strong support at $1 but i dont think it will go that low
