Yep done with the flat golden, only have to pays the taxes (rates), the only costs I have are food, utilities where I get a discount, internet, and I guess what I may have to treat as luxuries, grog and smokes. No TV yet, but normally listen to ABC radio on phone and watch ABCNEWS24 on lappy. Managed to get thousands of movies and TV series through customs on hard drives so plenty to watch but spending most of my time charting lately. Bought a great warm bomber jacket the other day for 10 pound at an op shop. No furniture when I moved in but have picked up a new single bed, a nice two seater leather recliner, brand new Russell Hobbs M/C oven and have manged to find quality kitchen basics.
So, not too bad after all!
