I am going to add another thought to my post above... and then I will shut up about it.
fwiw... I think we are seeing some new sort of dishonesty in the market. In the stocks outside of the top 200 there seems to be an endless supply of shares for sale... being sold at new lows. Ordinarily one would think... Oh... someone is a forced seller and they are taking a loss. But there is so much supply, day after day. Some sort of new wrinkle has been devised/discovered...imo. No way they [whoever they are] are taking a loss.
I'll go back to being sane now... a good strong cup of tea should do it...
