its well worth reading the latest announcements (which you have, obviously), in regard to that company....i have known the company in passing, for ages, as i'm familiar with some of its tenements....what intrigued me, was, as you know, a recent sale was cancelled, then, 5 days later, the board resigns.....no 249, no whimpering....and is replaced by the vendors directors.....
take a look at their other unlisted company and you will see they have an interesting partner....Robert Behets....who, is the main offsider to Ian Middlemas.......so, despite being unknown, these guys have good connections....
fullmoon, you mentioned one company was looking at ipo...well, could we be looking at an rto??
