I don't use the charts anywhere near as much as @Darkstone. The time tip is great though. I used to click on refresh multiple times (refresh the whole page) until the charts finally loaded. However, I have since discovered that if I change the time period, that refreshes just the chart. So I click from say 5min to 10 min and then set it back to 5 min. That also "wakes up the chart" if it isn't updating.

My current problem is that it isn't saving my charts stock selections so every time that I log in, they reset all my charts to the same stock or index and have to re-set them back to the stocks that I am watching. And, on the one occasion when it did keep my chart selections, the charts didn't update when the market opened so weren't showing current trading, just the previous day's close.
