AWY is a listed Whiskey company, but my quick 2 minute read of the latest quarterly and ASX query certainly don't fill me with confidence.

They have been trying to get control of Nant Distillery but I think they only got around 48% acceptances and required atleast 50%.

Nant has gone broke i believe, and there has been lots of discussion in the local press about barrel investors being out of pocket because of the collapse.
Some barrels missing, some empty having never being filled, engraved barrels having the engraving tampered, the location of some barrels unknown and barrel holders not being permitted to take possession of their own barrels.

It's been quite ugly, with there being a lot of angry barrel investots.
