ASX Announcement Blair Athol Update The Board of TerraCom Limited (TerraCom or the Company) (ASX: TER) is pleased to announce that Blair Athol thermal coal sales for the September 2018 Quarter totalled 613,558 tonnes at an average realised price of USD$ 95 per tonne. Furthermore, as a reflection of the Company’s continued balance sheet restructuring/ debt reduction, the Company’s wholly owned subsidiary Orion Mining Pty Limited (Orion) has replaced the cash financial assurance held for Blair Athol rehabilitation with a bank guarantee. This brings Orion into line with All other Queensland Mining Companies standard practice of providing a Bank Guarantee for Financial Assurance. The $72.5 million cash has been pledged as security for the bank guarantee issued and has been invested in an interest-bearing bank account providing a net return to TerraCom by the bank guarantee provider
