Wpi - it's only a matter of when not if.... shell value is pretty close to few shells while Wpi has a very clean structure plus the group's performance... like RSL has EV of almost 6m while WPI has EV of 3.7m.... I understand that RSL might be first to do the acquisition but WPI will get the ultimately benefit of RSL acquisition plus the group's overall performance....
