Cheers that was a fun read and a good laugh to boot.............biggrin.png

Nicely explains the pit falls of personal perspective and interpretation when reading drilling results announcements if one only gives these things a cursory glance.

It's easy to get caught up in the hype when reading only those 'choice' or 'cherry picked' headlines in announcements of course..........(and yes, I too am guilty of such impulsive purchasing, not so much these days however)...........always check the 'full logs' in appendices or tables that should be provided

Good old hype can certainly drive punters not 'committed' enough to details to buy and keep on buying up a stock with "sensational" one liner headlines...................and consequently said stocks often provide an opportunity for shorter term trading.

The psychology of the average or even experienced 'time poor' or 'lazy' or 'overwhelmed' stock buyer is perhaps the more significant aspect that a shorter frame trader needs to anticipate.................??

Just rambling out some thoughts there..........we might see a simple example of the 'psychology drive' today as punters rush to drop gold plays even though the metal is still trading at seriously high levels vs. this time last year for example. Knee jerk reactions are more often than not opportunistic if you can stay the course and you have done your DD.

Cheers again...........had a good laugh reading that article.
