Cup and handle targets are roughly in mid 30's which from 29 is only 20%, but with changes to Board and Focus in the last 12 months, I am expecting some news that will take this well beyond those levels. It may not occur in the next 4 weeks, so tip may fail, but i am positive it will occurs in the next 6 to 12 months. Might have to make this one a rolling tip !
Inroads to undisclosed defense names per the quarterly in the US could mean anything.
