Going by those figures I immediately suspected Chinese involvement as the companies with heavy Chinese backing are usually the ones with such a large M/Cap vs cash backing discrepancy. No surprises then with this one. Top S/H owns 76% of the company. Maybe just a way for wealthy Chinese to transfer their assets out of China legally. That's just supposition on my part but lines up with what I've read previously on this topic.
