VR1 is a truly AI and SR space tec company hugely undervalued like APX once was.
They have an agreement with DELL and reported $1.6m AI software sale in early Nov.
Total rev in FY24 is $44m and will likely be close to $60m in FY25.
Current MC is $35m giving a MC/Rev multiple of 0.8 times.
Cash and funding = $8m, giving an EV of just $23m!
APX Rev to MC multiple is about 4x
VR1 should be at a MC of at least $120m to begin with -
Potential upside is 300% to 400% in near term!
