ALK hit a high recently of 86.5 cents mainly on enthusiasm about its Boda discovery hole for a Cu/Au porphyry in NSW [being compared to NCM's Cadia discovery]. Has since traded down to the low 60's. News flow is now coming thick and fast. ALK announced this morning a 5 hole deep drilling campaign at Boda starts next week.
Also the Australian Government is to announce today a $4.4B initiative in which rare earth projects can apply for funding. ALK has a major rare earth project which is fully permitted and ready to go... certainly one of the contenders. However, it is the Boda prospect which is the bigger commercial prospect.
