I called Hills code HIL right last Friday when I predicted that the AGM would be bullish. The market is finally waking up to the fact that it's Health Solutions division, which makes $11m EBITDA and growing fast, is worth probably twice the HIL market cap. Add in the Security Division coming into profit and this stock must be heading to 50c. Volume rising too.
