STTCOMP FCN, TA Long

Recently announced acquisition of 51% of Robo3D - 3D printer company focsed on the home consumer + pro-sumer markets.

Market Cap $6m Cash over $5m with pre-commitments to CR.
Current SP: 2.1c

Following the acquisition announcement, price shot up from 2.0c to intraday highs of 4.0c, and then closed at around the 3.0c mark. After the announcement of the CR @ 1.6 cents, the SP briefly dipped to CR levels. It has now stabilised at low 2's with support fronts at 2.0 and 1.8 cents. Considering that the next announcement is likely to include sales figures for December and the increased exposure of their products at CES 2016 is likely to bring in a lot more interest in the company. I expect this to drive the SP higher from current base.
