Thanks John . Its looks like a good project has a country factor to it which is often hard to research new laws etc to risk so really appreciate your input .
Going to be an interesting election up there and has had some changes to rulings the last few years regarding mining . Not that im really against some of what they introduced by value adding rulings makes a lot of sense to me as a country.
Nationalizing is a different altogether one . If i get a bit of time i may look into the divestment law as is a real bonus knowing rulings in advance to countries. Saves some unknowns popping up down the track and early discount of stocks for further follow up.
