I get a bit bound up with legal stuff as so much jargon etc . This looks like a reasonable summary of whats happening ?

Seems the way i read it by year ten companies will have to have divested 51% to local ownership once going into production .

Not sure but also hits into exploration companies as well.

Worth reading for those who have interests in Indonesia or while researching companies short or long term who have. Not to long five or so minutes .Fine print at end also read.
