The fear spreading has begun. I wouldn't be surprised one bit with an apartment collapse as this US report suggests, but I think it may be a bit doom-dayish - seems to be the norm to try scare people. One really needs to filter so many economic predictions, there are so many with contradicting views to cover every possible scenario. All smart people with different agendas to push.
