Has anyone looked into this?
Looking to develop coal project in Poland. Capex is quite large at about $650m but currently has MC of $32m with $18m cash (June quarterly). Ian middlemas has 10m shares and was buying on market as recently as June at about 18c. Current s.p is 20.5c. Sell side basically non-existent at close. Bought a couple for a punt.
