TRADING HALT REQUEST In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Enerji Ltd (ASX: ERJ) requests the granting of a trading halt in ERJ’s ordinary securities listed on the ASX pending the release of an announcement in respect to the status of the conditions precedent to the transaction with ECM Pty Ltd. It is requested that the trading halt apply immediately until the earlier of ERJ making the announcement in respect to the revised terms, or the opening of trading on Tuesday 20 September 2016. ERJ confirms that it is not aware of any reason why a trading halt should not be granted.
Up 30% yesterday and now up 46% today until the halt - was bound to happen.
