    STTCOMP RAD FA LONG

    Market Cap (MC): $77.02M
    Share Price: $0.035
Shares: 2.17 billion (+133m shares from recent placement)
Cash in Hand (CiH): $43M (+$8m from recent placement)

    Overview:
On Friday 10/01/25 it was announced that Lantheus (US$6b leading radiopharmaceutical-focused company based in the US) increased its stake in RAD to 12.16% with a US$5m (A$8m) placement at $0.06, which represented a huge premium of 150% to the last closing price of A$0.024.

The stock is also recently listed on the nasdaq and the share price pumped up to US$50 (ASX equivalent of ~$0.26) on December 6th, although it was a bit of a pump and dump on low volume as we didn't reach anywhere near this high on the ASX. On the ASX, RAD has been hovering around all time lows and it had built a nice base of ~$0.025 before closing at $0.035 on Friday.

The RAD registry is loaded with instos and Lantheus, with the top 20 shareholders now owning >80% shares on issue. I think this recent placement to Lantheus will at least boost RAD's share price to $0.06 in the near term to match the price paid by Lantheus. If Lantheus are pumping such a premium into RAD, it means they see a lot of value at these super low levels, and especially interesting when Lantheus are bankrolling clinical trials for RAD.
