One for the contrarians out there, AVG.
Very much a 'crabber' pure play.
Trading at approx 25% of NTA & < 20% of revenue multilpe, TWE trading on 3x.
Rev of $250m and stable, MC < 50m.
Obviously has some management problems and being a 'crabber' can continue sideways for long periods but high certainty of outcome next significant movement will be up, could trade at 25c easily.
Had some self-inflicted abnormals that blew up balance sheet last FY and there is a perceived loss of pricing power.
Hs some strong brands and historical Asian markets but wine bit on the nose recently, scuttlebutt being the youngsters going off alcohol looking for harder drugs to compensate them for the approaching 10billion biomass planet, time will tell if alcohol can still cut it in that nightmare scenario as the planets drug of choice.
Not a company for investment but if you can jag what we think is a pending rerate could be an easy low risk 'pick of the grille' for your hound in residence. Garage slipped in courtesy of the tawnies going into sleath mode the other day on the buy side. DYOR but looks like its oversold. Anyway if nothing else one for the WL, can be an illiquid beast.
