    One to watch as it looks like it has changed for the better of late, has many indicators lining up for a rerate.

    Looks like it started properly trending up 5 weeks ago now, when it broke the descending triangle, going from AUG 8 2016, then Jan 9 2017, if you line that up on your chart. Which is another bullish indicator in itself, as it confirms uptrend and for any indicator to be taken seriously that is exactly what is needed.

    All IMO DYOR.
