It's a really tough time and that's without throwing things like redundancies into the mix. Talking to someone helped me a lot, I was fortunate to have a couple of people I was and am still close to but dont underestimate how powerful it can be to have an objective opinion from someone you don't know to help you sort out your thoughts and isolate your problems to make them feel more surmountable. Worked for me anyway.
Keep your head up, use this time to work out who you are and will be and you will be ok, it's obvious you have humility and strength and that's to all of us on an anonymous forum so remind yourself of this.
