It looks like insiders have been accumulating CFE since early January with unusual volume and a large gap up out of the downtrend on Jan 24. The volume spike and wide spread on Valentines Day was surely more than just a romantic gesture, and the SP appears primed to gap away again.

I expect there to be some selling into the news when it resumes trading, but given the positive momentum – uptrend, MACD cross, there is every likelihood that CFE will go on with the job.
