Weekly Fundamental and Technical Analysis Prospects - Week Starting 13th Feb 2017 (No. 256)

Here’s this week’s FA and TA List. The newer items first and those carried forward from last week towards back of list (some of the items from last week have a time horizon of more that one week).
All listed market caps are undiluted (and do not include escrowed shares) (Note: Max time for any entry on list will be 4 weeks after which time it will be removed).

Important Note: Remember just because it appears on the list does not necessarily mean it will rise in price... it may actually fall or do nothing. So it is critical that you perform detailed research on each stock first and make your own mind up to whether invest or not. I suggest you run a stop-loss at all times when trading/investing. How tight your stops are depends on your threshold to risk and financial pain. Lastly I take no responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided by the Hotcopper posters that have contributed leads/tips to the Short Term Trading Competitions below as I do not have the time, nor resources to research and verify the information that has been provided by them. Best of Luck.!

    WBT - Tech - ReRam memory [13/03/2017]
SOI: 1.175 bil SP: 2.4c MC: $28 mil Cash: $2.6 mil Dec 16 QR Weebit Nano is a developer of next generation non volatile ReRam memory touted to replace Flash Memory. With world wide data doubling every two years and the scalability of Flash memory reaching its physical limits, the race is on (or has been going on) to develop the next generation memory devices. ReRam is touted to be the most likely candidate to replace Flash memory due to its scalability (3D stackable), reliability, speed, and lower power consumption. Many materials can be used in ReRam memory and there are several companies developing it. About a decade in the making so far and invented by the world renowned scientist Professor James Tour of Rice University, Weebit Nano is moving to commercialise its silicon based ReRam technology. Also of significance is that the Executive Chairman is non other than Intel's ex top gun David Purlmutter. Here are their credentials: WBT prof tour.PNG WBT Dadi.PNG And all the other Directors are no used car salesmen either: WBT directors.PNG WBT directors2.PNG It has partnered with a renowned French Research Institute Leti. Leti is set to release its report on the development of Weebit this month. Depending on the details of the report it could provide catalyst for a rerate of WBT. WBT Leti.PNG Work done by Rice University on Weebit so far has shown that it beats its competitors on all metrics on the ReRam space, and many orders of magnitude against Flash performances in ALL parameters. The best part of all is that Weebit uses existing fab friendly material that is currently used in existing fabs. It is the cheapest material and does not require billions spent on retooling by fabricators. These are the few companies that are moving to commercialise ReRam technology using various materials: WBT-Crossbar.PNGWBT-4DS.PNGWeebit SOR.PNGWBT competitor.PNG Here is a video presentation by Professor James Tour that paints a clear picture: Something like 3D Nand or Intel/Micron's 3DxPoint will probably just provide some improvement to the current Flash performance but are not cheaper per bit, in fact 3DxPoint is some 5 times more expensive than Flash. Something else needs to replace Flash and that contender looks likely to be Weebit. WBT needs.PNG Here is the development timeline: WBT new timeline.PNG When looking at a technology development of this magnitude, the inventor and the management team needs to be top notch. Weebit to me looks like it has all the ingredients to give it the best chance to succeed. To wait only 12 months or so to see the success or otherwise of this technology is worth a serious punt. Remember the Leti report is due to be released any time now. For outstanding returns use hindsight trading 11

    MEI - Shell Company [13/03/2017]
Market cap 3.7m approx, cash $550k approx. A shell looking for resource acquisition. Company has recently raised a small amount and stated as under in their Notice Under Section S708. "As previously disclosed in the Company’s quarterly reports and notice of annual general meeting, the Company continues to review resource sector opportunities to add shareholder value. As at the date of this notice, the Company is presently in the early stages of considering several resource sector opportunities , including gold , cobalt, lithium and base metals projects. The possible acquisition of an interest in a new opportunity has the potential to substantially increase the Company’s total assets and, in the event the Company issues shares to acquire an interest, increase the Company’s issued share capital thereby causing dilution to existing shareholders" Cheers I am not a financial advisor so none of my posts should be taken as financial advice.

BRK - Oil and Gas in US [13/03/2017]
Oil and Gas - Shale Market cap 8.5m approx cash 2m approx. Reasons for tip: 1. they have acquired cheap leases... and I think that these leases might be worth 10-20 times more than what they have initially paid if the oil prices keeps improving... 2. The flow rates in this area are enormous... not like other shell plays where they start small and die a painful death along with share holders wealth 3. JV looks interesting which means BRK is covered for 3.5m 4. Activity in this area is really good which means more opportunities for JV 5. A team on the ground which means further acquisition opportunities to reach to their target of 1280 acres and lastly but the most important point: 6. advance towards initial target of 10m barrels of oil equivalent in proved resource... Now based on this what would be the value of the company? Surely not 8m... Cheers I am not a financial advisor so none of my posts should be taken as financial advice.

NAE - Coal, Gold and Tin Explorer [13/03/2017]
Market Cap - ~$9m Cash - $2m + around $1.3m payment from SML received after quarterly Current share register: ~430m Current sP - 2.2c New Age Exploration (ASX: NAE) is an Australian-based resource company with two advanced exploration stage projects in the United Kingdom and a 3rd project, in New Zealand. 1 - Redmoor Tungsten-Tin Project In October 2012, NAE acquired a 100% interest in the Redmoor Project Exploration License covering 23km2 in the world class Cornish tin-tungsten-copper mining district. An updated Redmoor total inferred resource was defined in December 2015 of 13.3Mt @ 0.37%WO3Eq (0.56% SnEq) including a High Grade Inferred Resource od 2.3Mt @ 0.80% WO3Eq (1.19% SnEq). An additional High Grade Exploration Target of 4Mt to 6Mt has also been identified at Redmoor with an estimated grade of 0.6% to 1.0% WO3Eq (0.9% to 1.5% SnEq). The high grade Exploration Target is 2 to 3 times the size of the High Grade Resource at a similar expected grade highlighting the exciting exploration potential of the project. NAE is currently focused on advancing a high grade mining option for the Redmoor project. 2- Lochinvar Coking Coal Project Coking Coal prices stabilising at around $US160-170/tonne, are likely to significantly increase the projects feasiblity from a profit perspective. Coupled with lower costs due to post-Brexit UK pound devaluation, overall opex/capex is likely to be lower, further increasing the projects viability. 3 - Otago Gold Project HIGHLIGHTS • The 2 Prospecting Permit applications lodged by NAE in August ‘16 in New Zealand covering a total area of 876km2 were approved yesterday & Minerals • The permits were approved in over the Otago South Gold Project by New Zealand Petroleum under two months, a much shorter timeframe than expected. This clearly demonstrates that the NZ Government is supportive of exploration and mining • Recent research has identified a ‘mirror image’ in the south of the Otago Schist belt within NAE’s permits of the geology present in the north of the schist belt some 60km away which hosts the (>10Moz Au) Macraes gold mine • NAE is now in an exciting position of being the first to explore Macraes style gold deposits within these permits the South Otago Schist belt for • The Initial exploration program will commence in mid-November with Dr Doug MacK University of Otago contracted to undertake fieldwork focused o enzie from n soil sampling and geological mapping to quickly and cost effectively identify drill targets • The initial exploration program has an expected cost of ~NZ$150,000 which is fully funded COMPETENT PERSON’S STATEMENT The information in this report that relates to Exploration Results is based on information compiled and reviewed by Dr Doug MacKenzie, who is a Senior Research Fellow at the University of Otago, Geology Department and is a Member and Chartered Professional Geologist of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy. Dr MacKenzie has over 20 years research experience in the Otago Schist and related rocks with emphasis on relationships between structure, metamorphism and gold mineralization. Dr MacKenzie has sufficient experience which is relevant to the style of mineralisation and type of deposit under consideration and to the activity being undertaken to qualify as a Competent Person as defined in the 2012 Edition of the ‘Australasian Code for Reporting of Exploration Results, Mineral Resources and Ore Reserves’. NAE - Coal, Gold and Tin Explorer [13/03/2017]
Market Cap - $9.4m Cash - $2m + around $1.3m payment from SML received after quarterly SOI - 429,323,997 SP - 2.2c New Age Exploration Limited (NAE) is an Australian-based exploration company with interest in coking and thermal coal projects in the United Kingdom and Colombia. Its flagship project is the Lochinvar Coking Coal Project. NAE have three projects: - Tin (UK) - Gold (NZ) - Coaking Coal (UK) With the rise in cc prices last year they decided to do a scoping study for their resource. The results of this study were due the end of February, so are expected any day. The price of coal is still high in comparison to early 2016, and with China looking at potentially cutting production to 276 days, and putting bans on North Korean imports, the price could rise again. If this happens, and the coaking coal study shows a project with a positive return, then the SP could re rate. There are results that are expected for gold at the end of the month, and drilling for tin commences soon. If any of these projects can yield positive results, then the SP will move in accordance. 13

    HLX - Copper / Zinc / Gold - Aust & Chile [13/03/2017]
Gold and Copper explorer NSW. MC. $20m SOI. 350M Cash over $3m Top 20 holders held 50% as per 2016 annual report but expect this to have increased considerably as Mark Creasy,s Yandal investments took 30% of the latest cap raise and was already the second largest shareholder. Management have significant skin in the game. High profile management appoint this week also. Background. HLX was awarded the NSW explorer of the year for the Collerina Copper discovery in 2016. This discovery is high grade from surface and recent Vtem and modelling against historic workings and rockchip show numerous other high priority targets as well as it looking like collerina was displaced by fault at depth meaning there may be a lot more copper than first thought and will be followed up in the near future. The Cobar gold project has also recently shown some of the best shallow initial gold intersections of an early stage explorer in Australia in recent history. This doesn't mean they will continue but with numerous regional analogues and such sparse testing of this historic goldfield with any form of recent geological survey techniques it could be worth keeping an eye on. Results imminent from numerous current and ongoing exploration campaigns on multiple early stage targets of value should ensure this is one of the hottest explorers for newsflows in 2017. There are numerous other value contributors that I have not included but will become immediately apparent on reading the half yearly and presentations. Please dyor and seek professional advice before making an investment decisions. This is a highly speculative investment and may not suit your risk profile.

ARM - Gold & Lithium Burkino Faso, South Korea & WA [13/03/2017]
Mining investment company owning circa 39.6% of PDI, 29.3% of PSM and just purchased a stake in One Asia Resources that has a gold jorc of around 5m ounces getting ready to list on the ASX. SOI. 116M MC. $6.6M SP. 5.7c This has to be one of the cheapest multi commodity spec plays on the ASX relative to Friday's closing price. Currently trading at less than 50% net tangible assets. It is actually trading at less than its stake value in PDI alone at $7.1m for its investment. Top 20 holders own 57%. Through its investments it has exposure to Gold, Lithium, Graphite, Zinc and Lead among other things across several continents. If you peruse the latest quarterly it quoted NTA of $13.5m or 11.6c per share. That has increased to nearly $15m recently and the share price has come off so represents a better value proposition now than before. Considering PDI is cashed up and drilling and released highly encouraging soil geochem and diamond drilling is underway for over 4 weeks , PSM is also cashed up and released very encouraging recent announcements with an extensive follow up program this stock is significantly lagging and could play catch up. Also ARM,s investment in One Asia Resources is worth reading about too. Considering this stock could put on 100% and still trade under current NTA it maybe something to put on the watchlist. Please DYOR and consult professional advice when investing. This is a highly speculative investment and may not suit your risk profile. 12

DCC - FinTech - Remittance using Blockchain Ledger [9/03/2017]
Cash: $1 mill SOI: 212 mill MC: $9.9 mill DigitalX Limited announced it's remittance app is now available for download . The AirPocket app allowing money transfers into certain countries in Latin America went live on Tuesday, 8 March in the USA on Android, with availability for Apple users to follow shortly following usual Apple processes. Additionally Airpocket allows anyone with a smartphone to convert physical cash to digital money, which can then be converted back into local currency in a different country. Also pay bills, top up phone credit and purchase goods and services from the other side of the world. Money transfers are growing exponentially, with mobile phone transactions forecast to hit $1.5 trillion by 2017, DCC’s AirPocket product could resonate with large customer bases. Essentially, DCC’s AirPocket was developed as a remittance application and is the only Blockchain enhanced top-up, bill pay and money transfer application in the world today. As such, AirPocket has attracted the attention of some major telco operators including UniTeller and AT&T Mexico. If you have been following the DCC story, you will know that the company’s deal with AT&T Mexico allows consumers in the US to use AirPocket to transfer funds directly into the mobile accounts of users on the AT&T Mexico network. DCC earns a commission on the value of mobile top-ups which range between US50 cents and US$50. Meanwhile, DCC’s agreement with UniTeller gives AirPocket licensing and access to an established network of 17,000 cash out locations in Mexico alone, including Walmart, large retailers and Mexico’s major banks. The integration of AirPocket into UniTeller’s remittance network has been successfully completed, and with the money transfer launch confirmed for Saturday March 4th, it will allow users to process remittance transactions to over 40,000 cash out locations across Latin America and Asia via UniTeller’s sprawling network. I betting on some hype , news articles & headlines to follow as this app is one of a kind & should crate a real buzz given how big the target market could be . https://twitter.com/airpocketremit?lang=en http://finance.nine.com.au/2017/03/01/17/06/digitalx-about-to-go-live-with-airpocket https://finfeed.com/technology/dcc/digitalx-updated-airpocket-app-goes-live-us/20170308/ http://www.nexttechstock.com/dcc-no...-UA1&utm_source=twitter.com&utm_medium=social 10

EPT - Tech - Health related App [8/03/2017]
MC: $16 mill Price: $0.024 Cash in bank: $3.5 million eHealth technology company developing an App that objectively allows carers of dementia sufferers and small children (both groups can't verbalise pain) to measure pain using facial recognition technology with a smart phone. This is a critical medical problem, targeting large global markets, high volume business model with low operating cost base, short time frame to market, clear commercialisation strategy, plans for multiple products and revenue channels, technology invented at Curtain University, CEO ex Cochlear and Roche marketing manager. Validation study and Implementation study completed and regulatory approval as a Class 1 medical advice well advanced in Europe and Australia. Patents have international clearance and have begun country filings. Further implementation studies underway now have no bearing on regulatory approval and are really just fine tuning the App for large clients like Bupa and aged care groups, prior to first sales expected upon
regulatory approval in 3Q. Catalyst. Management are about to start an eastern states roadshow to brokers and investors. This is not deal related, as cash of $3.5 million is sufficient - no more capital is required. Management and inventors have skin in the game like shareholders, not fat salaries. FWIW I value EPT at 32c based on 1% global penetration of dementia patients assuming $10 per month per license. Details posted on EPT thread. So huge upside, just like RAP in the early days, if management can execute the business plan. An expert is a person who has made all the possible mistakes that can be made in a very narrow field 10

RBO - Tech Hardware Printer [8/03/2017]
SOI 140 mill, MC 13 mill approx, Top 20 around 66% RBO Robo 3D printers for home, school and small business use. Cost around $1500 aus, can print in metals, carbon fibre, plastics, stainless steel etc basically all material available. Connected via Wi FI for printing from all devices. Ryan Legudi MD been buying recently. Won CES 2017 Best innovation award 3D printing. webinar finally on tomorow for those interested, I was going to mention in the diary but better here imo. Final testing before they start producing 10 000 annually for school and home use, larger format than the last one and RBO do kit apps as well so you could print off a drone for example, using the kit to print all the parts and then make it up yourself. The potential applications is enormous, for schools and home use and hobbies and low cost architectural or furniture modelling etc . This is the only 3D printer that I have seen that you would have at home on the kitchen bench, based on its aesthetics. The 2 competitors are unattractive and a lot more expensive. 10,000 = $13 mil revenue for the R2 minimum . So including the C2 I would say $20 mil USD that is a large increase from the $4 mil reported last financial year . More will be run off as needed. Foxconn will manufacture, Foxconn is the largest manufacturer in the consumer electronics space and has more than a million employees. They do Iphones and Kindles etc. This deal takes a big element of risk out of the equation - reliability of the manufacturing, ability to meet deadlines and ability to handle the volume should all be a piece of cake for Foxconn. Raise was at 10c so cashed up, (trading 15% below currently) seems a few holders have not had the patience required to hold over last 2 months, probably not understanding this kind of project. Production roll out starts this month. Exciting times, amazing entry if I may say so myself!!! Ryan Legudi? @ryanlegudi 2h2 hours ago $RBO Great to be back at @ROBO3D HQ in San Diego...and even better to see the new R2 going through final testing! [?IMG] [?IMG] Remember folks - the RBO business model is 'design and distribute' Up until now they have been paying top dollar to get small runs manufactured (in China) - in order to showcase the product to a select few (mostly US) retailers This has achieved a presence in Best Buy and a few other bricks and mortar retailers (across a select number of stores) - and on Amazon as well. Call that Phase 1 complete - proven product across pilot retail roll-out The next Phase required a proper manufacturing solution - to scale up and bring down unit costs This means Best Buy and others can now stock in many more stores - greatly increasing distribution and access Getting Foxxcon is the gold standard - meaning phase 2 now has the best possible chance of success Phase 2 starts - scaled manufacturing and economies of scale [?IMG] "We are all in the gutter, but some of us are looking at the stars...." MLS - Zinc in WA and Lithium in Canada [7/03/2017]
Current SP: $0.009/0.010 MC: $9.18M Cash: Approx. $497k as of 31/12/2016 Drilling at Manindi Intersects Broad Zones of Massive to Semi Massive Sulphide Mineralisation The initial drilling campaign comprised five drill holes for 827 meters and was completed on 3 February 2017. The Company is currently awaiting the results of the multi - element assay results, following which MLS plans to undertake further drilling. This first phase drilling campaign has intersected broad zones of massive to semi massive sulphide mineralisation, characteristic of a volcanogenic massive sulphide (VMS) deposit, similar to other base metal sulphide deposits in the Yilgarn Craton, particularly Golden Grove near Yalgoo to the west of Manindi, and Teutonic Bore - Jagua r in the Eastern Goldfields to the east of Manindi . Additionally, the drilling has intersected a previously unknown zone of massive to semi massive zinc mineralisation closer to surface than existing mineralisation. The Company drilled two holes in the region of the existing mineralised zone at Kultarr, testing for potential extensions of the current resource. The drilling at Kultarr intersected a previously unknown massive to semi massive zinc mineralised zone over a width of 7.2 metres . This has greatly increased the potential to delineate additional tonnage, and suggests that there are further mineralised zone s in the region of the current defined resource area. This newly discovered zinc mineralisation sits stratigrahically higher than previously recognised , suggesting mineralisation may be far more extensive and closer to surface than previously understood. The Company is awaiting multi - element assay results and once received and analysed, a follow - up drill campaign will be completed which will test for additional mineralised zones beneat h the existing resource at Kultarr and along the newly discovered zone. The interpreted stacking of the mineralised zones at Manindi is common to VMS style deposits, and is similar to other VMS deposits in the Yilgarn Craton . In addition, s everal high pri ority targets have been identified through this initial phase of drilling, including a significant EM Conductor at Kultarr North , which is considered a primary potential resource extension target that has not been adequately drill tested. The current JORC Measured, Indicated and Inferred resource which has been defined at Kultarr , remains open along strike and down dip . MLS 2.PNGMLS 1.PNG Hope is not a strategy 13

Current SP: $0.004/0.005 MC: $2.21 Cash: Approx. $457k as of 31/12/2016 3D Resources Limited (3D Resources) is a minerals explorer targeting high value commodities (gold, copper, lead, zinc and nickel) in Western Australia and is evaluating “advanced mineral projects” that can transform the company into a mineral producer. The Company’s Western Australian projects are located in the Proterozoic of the East Kimberley, and the highly prospective Archaean Cosmo Newbery area, in the Eastern Goldfields. 1-Cosmo Newberry Gold Project (3D Resources 100%) Cosmo Newberry is one of the few under explored greenstone belts left in the Yilgarn Shield of Western Australia and is located in a very prospective region with the Gold Road Resources projects located in the Yamarna Greenstone Belt to the East (6.6Million Oz and growing) and the historic production of 20Million Oz from the Laverton Greenstone Belt to the West. The company has already defined some initial targets for exploration at Cosmo Newberry and plans to initiate exploration over the Jan-Mar quarter. These targets are based on a geological interpretation of airborne geophysical data designed to highlight potential areas of interest having regard to the g geophysical “signatures” and the success of the gold discoveries of Gruyere by Gold Road Resources in the nearby Yamarna Greenstone Belt. The Company has also carried out a reassessment of some early geochemical anoma lies generated in the 1990’s. The initial reconnaissance exploration program is proposed to start in late March and is designed to assist in evaluating some of these targets and to b better understand the access and logistics for operating in this area. This is expected to lead to further programs in the winter months. 2-Halls Creek Joint Venture(3D Resources 80%) Exploration focus for the Halls Creek joint venture has shifted towards locating additional resources to those outlined by drilling of the Mt Angelo North deposit and is aimed at exploring the highly prospective Koongie Park Formation for additional VMS Style Cop per-Lead Zinc deposits. This follows on from the extension granted to the three exploration licenses gr anted by the Department of Mines and Petroleum as announced in November. Work to date by the Joint Venture has defined a large number of EM anomalies identified by the HeliTEM survey as well as geochemical anomalies generated by the regional and detailed geochemical surveys. The company has set a program of work to be completed over the March quarter aimed at prioritizing these targets, and preparing the program for the 2017 field season which is expected to start in April. They could never fit in an electric car, so the Tesla battery is safe for now. But the V-flow battery outcompetes Li-ion, and any other solid battery, for utility-scale applications. They’re just safer, more scalable, longer-lasting and cheaper - less than half the cost per kWh." I am not a financial adviser so please DYOR and check the facts and figures for yourself 10
