ARV looks like recent placement has been soaked, most of it at 50% above raise price of 0.075 (19m shares issued 27/02 and traded far more than that since then)
and now ready to go out the top a bag above raise price
cap around $57m with massive cobalt grades
however they are acquiring a processing plant and need to pay a deposit of $100k by tomorrow and then another $2m cash, which they don't have (even after recent raise). so further funding will be needed soon... and they re-structured the deal from $3.5m cash by issuing another 20m ($2.8m at current SP) worth of ARV shares, not sure why...
