Cobalt stocks trade with paper supply and paper demand see-sawing thru the day, the week and the month according to whatever/whose-ever agenda.

We won't be seeing Cobalt metal see-sawing. The see-saw with its tail in the air will be the supply side. Too light.

The see-saw end with its bum on the ground will be demand. Heavy. Until 2020 or later.

So big money will come back into the cobalt juniors sector but more selectively driven by concrete results, JORCs, good metallurgy, funding deals, mining plans etc. Just having cobalt named in your assay won't be enough. (Anyone remember the Rare Earths wannabees?)
