D13 is almost ready for a re-rate. They've stated that they were doing demonstrations until April but with the recent EAR99 classification and then the licensing to Booz Allen Hamilton, contracts must be very, very close. Just look at what happened to DRO after contracts were announced.
@Bollingenuity we've been battling for that pink jersey as of late but I think this is probably the first stock we're on together. I see that as a great sign
