Yet another shell, one of the tidier and better value at the moment in my opinion. Trading back at CR price after drifting back down again. Almost back at cash backing now and the longer after the CR the closer one assumes to a deal.
Some paperwork released last week appears to be a late substantial holder notice. Might be nothing or is perhaps getting house in order. Trading above 2c so less risk of consolidation when a deal is done.
