If the market didn't receive it well, then you're missing nothing.
So my views are insignificant, but I'll have them anyway. I do think its an over reaction. Firstly, the grades are ok, but its the quantities being scrutinized. However, it was only 6 of the 10 holes, and all open at depth, so still plenty of wriggle room yet.
The sp drop is just as influenced (caused) by the very tight register with very low free float available. Any news moves it very easily, either way. The Dynabolt pull-out was a great example. Big down and up all in a matter of minutes.
MTC will see better days. It may take another cornerstone investor, better Li at one of their numerous leases, or the cobalt. It may even have to wait until BCC go into production, which will certainly be a catalyst.
If anyone will be happy today, it will be BCC's broker. There 5% further interest is getting cheaper to achieve, assuming they take it.
In the mean-time though, the market has raised it's voice and is a little upset.
