Depends how much you bought it for.
If you bought at 30 cents, the current value of 15cents means the glass is definately half empty right now!
Or at 17cents its 16% empty now...
You do the math!
Judging by the graph most peoples would be more empty than full.
Wish those note holders would stop taking a sip from the glass!
