I can't take any credit for TEG. The 3 tips I put in recently are ALK, SGQ and CAI.... (ALK just went over the 25% line today).
To answer your question about my exits.... I trade but with the intention to accumulate (anything I put in as a tip I have a long term view about... I do trade speculative stuff but generally won't tip on the thread because I only want to suggest things I have a high conviction on). The way I structure my trades on the high conviction stocks is I buy $9500 parcels and sell $1000 parcels at every 15% increase (timelines can run over many months)... that way I turn over my working capital and get to use it again, also gradually accumulating free carry for the long term hold. If a stock stops rising for an extended period I will then liquidate the balance of the initial parcel remaining to recoup the capital plus a bit extra and keep the rest as free carry.
