Add some moving averages (5, 10, 20) (3, 7, 20) to your charts and test it until you gain confidence, it seems to work for me. You only need to watch enough to get the idea. Yes, he talks options, same, same.

I have been reading a lot of Guppy lately and am using the count back line with the multiple moving averages. It is working a treat on multiple time frames but I must admit I am much more liberal with my CBL lol
