    liveoffer rental app would be okay if you can still screen the tenants through the relevant databases. for example gumtree and the classifieds are easy to use/low cost/quick however the quality of tenants is appalling as this is the first stop for people that are blacklisted in databases that real estate agents use. I learnt this the hard way. the advantage of alternate advertising (alternate to real estate mainstream channels) is thats where you find the cash paying tenants if thats what your after.
