I am bias but can not understand that after yesterday's announcement, why investors would not have CLA as part of their Cobalt portfolio

Do you know of any cobalt mine in the world (with cobalt as the prime target) that has ever profitably mined cobalt with anywhere near a grade that low? Even as low as double or triple that grade? Sorry, but there's not much point in a peer comparison when none of the peers have proven to be economical for production.
