In regard to the virus- They are following teh advice of the authorities. Because the flu season has begun,they have to make sure that the test kits and facility are available to the corono clients. I'd assume that they'll test the vulnerable clients. At the end of teh the it's about risk/reward.

Chest pain- Unless someone has ongoing chest pain due to non-cardiac reasons(+there are reasons to believe it's not heart related) they must do an ECG. This is the rule. We've saved thousands of lives by following this simple rule. It's been soem time I (almost) left nursing. So may be it's different now.
