"Metallum Limited herewith requests that its securities be suspended from trading prior to the commencement of trading today, 19 May 2016, pursuant to Listing Rule 17.2. The suspension is requested by the Company pending the release of a material acquisition. The Company expects to make an announcement in relation to the proposed acquisition on or around 23 May 2016. ASX has advised that Metallum will remain in suspension until re-compliance with the ASX Listing Rules as they relate to the proposed material acquisition"
